Hello dear potential patient and friend,
With my partial retirement, and decision to no longer work out of my previous Davis, CA office, I have changed my practice location to the welcoming, safe, and well-located office of my friend, Dr. Charles Perry at “Chrysalis Cosmetics” in Sacramento, CA. While I will have unlimited time for “virtual” consultations, I will see in-person consults and perform surgery 2-3 Saturdays at Chrysalis.

Appointment Policies
No Shows, Cancellations/Reschedules:
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to unavoidable circumstances. However, Dr. Goodman blocks considerable amounts of time for his appointments; no shows, late notice cancellations and reschedules leave open time that could have been offered to other patients, potentially preventing them from getting much needed treatment.
You will receive a courtesy reminder call 3-5 days prior to your visit. If your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged a $50 fee. This fee is not covered by your insurance company and must be paid prior to being seen for your next visit.
*Returning patients will be given a “grace” of one no show or limited notice cancellation/reschedule per year.
Scheduled Appointments:
We understand that delays can happen, however we kindly ask that you notify the office if you are going to be running more than 10 minutes late for your appointment. We will always try to accommodate you; however when Dr. Goodman’s schedule is fully booked, you may need to receive a shorter visit or have to be rescheduled.
Please be advised that there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
